My focus is on connecting top talent in engineering, automation, and e-construction with the right companies – efficiently, effectively, and sustainably.
Thanks to my many years of experience in HR consulting and my in-depth knowledge of direct and executive search, I understand both the needs of companies and the career goals of candidates. My goal is not just to fill positions, but to shape careers and strengthen companies with the best specialists.
My leadership role enables me to build a strong team, share knowledge, and jointly develop innovative recruiting strategies. I firmly believe that success in recruiting is based on empathy, strategy, and a strong network.
Outside of work, I am a passionate Eintracht Frankfurt football fan and spend a lot of time with my family. I am also the proud owner of a Shar-Pei dog, with whom I enjoy outdoor activities.
